Facility Expansion Increases Capacity
We have finished a major expansion of our covered construction space, adding the room to build up to four 80-plus-foot vessels at once. The investment is about one thing: shortening the wait between a signed contract and a boat in the water.
More boats under cover
Aluminum fabrication does its best work out of the weather. The new bays keep plate, fixtures, and finished structure dry and dimensionally stable from the first frame to final outfitting. Working under cover also means our fabricators are not chasing daylight or dodging Gulf Coast squalls — quality and schedule both improve when the environment is controlled.

Shorter lead times for partners
Running multiple hulls in parallel lets us hold a steady production rhythm rather than starting and stopping between projects. For our partners, that translates directly into shorter, more predictable lead times and the ability to take on fleet orders without pushing delivery dates out by years.
Capacity is not just about building more — it is about giving an owner a delivery date we can stand behind.
