The Build
Process.

A transparent, milestone driven approach from initial design through final sea trials. At every phase, we build around the needs of the operator, ensuring the finished vessel performs exactly as intended.

Phase01

Consultation

Gather understanding around specific requirements including size, capacity, speed, and other custom features.

Phase02

Design

Develop a preliminary design based on the client's requirements & specifications.

Phase03

Navis Model

Build a Navis model of the pilot boat to test the design and make any necessary adjustments.

Phase04

Construction & Fabrication

Build the scale model of the boat and fabricate the hull, superstructure, and other components.

Phase05

Testing, Trials, & Delivery

Conduct sea trials to test the performance, stability, and handling of the pilot boat in real-world conditions. Deliver the finished boat, and provide necessary training to the crew on the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures of the pilot boat.

Phase06

Support & Warranty

Provide ongoing support and warranty to ensure the continued performance and reliability of the pilot boat. Available 24/7 to address any repairs or modifications as needed.
