Passenger Boats — commuter class

Passenger Boats

Custom passenger vessels designed for comfort, safety, and smooth performance for ferry service, tourism, and other commercial applications.
About the Passenger Boats

Passenger Boats

Passenger ferries earn their keep by staying on schedule. Our USCG Subchapter K compliant vessels are engineered for high cycle commuter and tourism routes where uptime, passenger comfort, and cost per seat matter most.

Each hull combines a commercial drivetrain, ADA accessible passenger flow, and bow or side loading configurations matched to your terminals. Every detail is designed to provide a smooth, safe ride while keeping the vessel efficient and in revenue service.

WHY BREAUX'S BAY

Crafted With Precision and Built To Last

Every hull starts as a blank sheet. We engineer the boat around your mission, your route, and your operating budget — never forcing your operation into an off-the-shelf mold.

The Build
Process.

A transparent, milestone driven approach from initial design through final sea trials. At every phase, we build around the needs of the operator, ensuring the finished vessel performs exactly as intended.

Phase01

Consultation

Gather understanding around specific requirements including size, capacity, speed, and other custom features.

Phase02

Design

Phase03

Navis Model

Build a Navis model of the pilot boat to test the design and make any necessary adjustments.

Phase04

Construction & Fabrication

Build the scale model of the boat and fabricate the hull, superstructure, and other components.

Phase05

Testing, Trials, & Delivery

Conduct sea trials to test the performance, stability, and handling of the pilot boat in real-world conditions. Deliver the finished boat, and provide necessary training to the crew on the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures of the pilot boat.
